No. The request is free and commits you to nothing. Once we confirm your dates, you pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay: a 30% deposit or the full amount, as you chose in the request.

Yes. Booking directly on this website is 7% cheaper than on booking platforms, because no platform commission is added. You get the same villa and the same dates, you deal with the owners directly, and there are no booking fees.

You choose a 30% deposit or full payment. With the deposit, 38 days before arrival we email you two options: pay another 30% online and the rest in cash on arrival, or pay the whole remainder online. Everything must be settled 30 days before arrival.

Yes. Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, and we refund everything you have paid. If the rest is not paid by 30 days before arrival, the booking is cancelled and the deposit is not refunded. Details are in our Terms & Conditions.

Up to 10 guests. The 324 m² villa has four bedrooms with king-size beds (180 × 200 cm), each with its own bathroom, plus a guest WC. The bedrooms are on the second floor, with access to a balcony with a sea view.

Split Airport is 5.4 km from the villa, about 8 minutes by car. We can arrange an airport transfer on request: tick the option in your booking request and we confirm the price together with your booking.

The nearest beaches are on the Kaštel Stari seafront, about 2 km from the villa: 4 minutes by car or around 20 minutes on foot. The old town, the seaside promenade and the restaurants are right there too.

We recommend one. The supermarket is a 5-minute walk and the bus stop 11 minutes, but the beaches, the old town and the day trips are easier by car. There are five free parking spaces at the villa.

Yes. The 32 m² outdoor pool is heated and uses salt water. Next to it are sun loungers, an outdoor shower, the covered terrace and the barbecue area. Children may use the pool only under adult supervision.

Pets are not allowed at Villa Marina. The villa is a non-smoking, fenced property and the same rules apply to every stay. You can read all house rules, including check-in and check-out times, on the House rules page.

Your request goes straight to the owners, not to an agency. We confirm or decline within 24 hours. Nothing is charged before we confirm, and after that you receive a secure payment link by email.

Villa Marina is open from May 15 to October 30. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out until 10:00, and the minimum stay is 7 nights. Free weeks and the price of every night are shown in the calendar on this website.

The price is for the whole villa and includes utility costs. There are no booking fees, and booking directly here is 7% cheaper than on booking platforms. An airport transfer can be arranged on request; we confirm its price with your booking.
