Booking, payment and cancellation terms for Villa Marina. Please read them before you send a request.

Booking: You send a request for your dates on this website. It is free and binding for neither side. We confirm or decline within 24 hours. The booking is confirmed when your first payment has been received; you then receive a voucher by email.
Price: Prices are per night for the whole villa (up to 10 guests) and include utility costs. The price shown when you send the request is the price you pay. There are no booking fees.
Payment options: In the request you choose how to pay after we confirm: (1) the full amount by card, or (2) a 30% deposit by card. Arrivals less than 38 days away are paid in full.
With the deposit: the rest: 38 days before arrival we email you two options for the remaining 70%: A) pay another 30% by card and the remaining 40% in cash on arrival — the cash amount is shown on your voucher; or B) pay the whole remaining 70% by card.
Payment deadline and reminders: The rest must be settled no later than 30 days before arrival. If we have not received it, we send reminders 35 and 33 days before arrival. If nothing is received by 30 days before arrival, the booking is cancelled automatically and the deposit is not refunded.
Cancellation by the guest: Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: we refund everything you have paid. For cancellations less than 30 days before arrival, or if you do not arrive, payments are not refunded. Please send cancellations by email to zekic.bozo@yahoo.com.
Arrival and departure: Check-in from 16:00, check-out until 10:00. In high season the villa is rented Saturday to Saturday in full weeks; the minimum stay for other dates is shown in the calendar.
House rules: Maximum 10 guests. The villa is non-smoking inside; smoking is allowed outside only. No parties or events. Pets are not allowed. Children use the pool only under adult supervision.
Liability: Guests are responsible for damage they cause to the villa or its equipment and are asked to report it straight away. The owners are not liable for guests’ personal belongings.
Payments and privacy: Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see your card number. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy policy.
